Commentary

Mark's description of Jesus' miracles come as a brief overview.  It is hard to place the events into an actual timeline because of this.  It does lead up to the later events in Mark 3 when Jesus is accused of working under the power of Beelzebub.

Some may wonder why Jesus did not permit the demons to testify that He was the Son of God.  The reason behind this is quite simple however - why would anyone trust the word of a demon?
